Question: What is my “USER NAME”

Answer: User Names must always be your 6-digit assigned Kuiken Brothers Account Number. This can be found on copies of your invoice receipt, or provided to you by your sales representative. You may also e-mail your request to ar@kuikenbrothers.com.

Question: Do I have to have an active account in order to access Members Only

Answer: Yes, an active account and an assigned 6-digit account number are required to have access to the Members Only Section. Access may be restricted after sales inactivity. If you are interested in opening an account with Kuiken Brothers, click here

Question: Is The Pricing Shown Here “My Pricing”

Answer: The Members Only section should be used for “Budget Purposes Only” and we always recommend that you consult with your Kuiken Brothers Sales Representative before placing an order. There are many variables that can impact pricing in the Building Materials Industry and it is always best for us to understand the full scope of your project so that we can always keep you informed about upcoming price increases, decreases, etc. Use these pages for last minute budget requests, and work with our sales team to finalize your order requests.

Question: Are my invoices updated in real time?

Answer: Yes. Once a transaction has been made on your account, you will see a copy of it here and be able to download a PDF copy from this site.

Question: I need copies of invoices prior to May 1, 2017. Where can I find them?

Answer: Copies of invoices and statements prior to May 1, 2017 are available upon request. Please complete the OLDER DOCUMENT REQUEST FORM as the records are still available, but hosted on a separate server. All documents created from May 1, 2017 and moving forward will be available here on Members Only. Question: I am set up to have my invoices automatically e-mailed to me. When are the sent?

Answer: A receipt of your daily transactions will be e-mailed to you at 9pm at the end of each day.

Question: Will copies of invoices be e-mailed along with my statement at the end of the month.

Answer: Yes, monthly statements will include copies of invoices from the current month.
